Directions to arrange your account:
1. Go to the Google Play Console.
2. Click on on the blue button Go to Play Console.
3. Fill in your Google account (e-mail) and sign up.
4. Click on on Create a brand new developer account.
5. Choose whether or not you’re a person or organisation, then click on on Get began.
6. Fill within the kind that seems.
7. Fill in your cost particulars and pay the one time $25 price.

TIP: How do I add different customers to my account?
After opening the Google Play Console:
